Cyclamen Society Field Study: South-western Turkey 2004

The primary aim for the 2004 field study was to check on areas
outside the known range of the species to ascertain if it is more widely
distributed, particularly to the north and east of the sites
recorded in 2003.

During the two field studies in 2003 and 2004, 58 populations
were accurately recorded giving a much clearer picture
of the distribution of this beautiful and distinct Turkish
endemic cyclamen.

A report of the 2004 field study was published in the
Cyclamen Society Journal Vol. 29 No. 2, December 2005.

Abridged field notes referenced by site number follow this table.
